Champagne Village is the premier guard-gated 55+ land-owned manufactured home community in North San Diego County, located adjacent to the legendary Lawrence Welk Resort. Residents own their home AND their land — no space rent — with a low HOA fee covering common area maintenance. Amenities include a guarded gate, resort-style pool and spa, tennis and pickleball courts, chip-and-putt golf, dog park, RV parking, and an active clubhouse.
