3. SMS Messaging Program
Park & Place SMS Program
Program Name: Park & Place Listing Notifications
Program Description: Park & Place sends SMS text messages to real estate agents and property sellers who have listed or inquired about listing a mobile home on our platform. Messages include listing confirmation, buyer inquiry alerts, and follow-up reminders related to active property listings.
How to Opt In: You consent to receive SMS messages from Park & Place by submitting your phone number on our website when adding a home listing, submitting a listing inquiry, or contacting us. By providing your phone number and submitting a form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Park & Place at the number provided.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per listing event (e.g., listing confirmed, buyer inquiry received, follow-up reminders).
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages.

4. Listing Terms
- You must have legal authority to list any property you submit.
- All listing information must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Park & Place reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Listings are subject to review and may be edited for formatting or clarity.
- Listing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once a listing is published.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading property information
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access or interfere with any part of our system without authorization
- Collect or harvest any information about other users without their consent
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Park & Place website — including logos, text, design, and software — is the property of Park & Place or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Park & Place provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the availability of properties, or the conduct of buyers, sellers, or agents. We are a marketplace platform and are not a licensed real estate broker unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Park & Place shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
